This model has 40mm optical pitch, 1000mm effective protection height, minimum detectable object of 30mm, and sensing distance ranging from 0.5m to 3m, suitable for most medium and small machine tools. It works with wide DC10-30V power supply, compatible with 24V industrial power, PLC, safety relays and servo controllers without extra voltage regulators.
The whole body adopts thick integrated yellow aluminum alloy housing with wear-resistant coating, impact-proof, oil and dust resistant, resisting deformation and corrosion during long-term workshop operation. Standard M12 metal aviation connector on the end ensures stable contact against vibration, making installation and wiring convenient.
Built-in intelligent synchronous infrared scanning circuit with advanced anti-interference function, it resists strong workshop light, welding arc and EMI from inverters to avoid false triggering and missing detection. Once any beam is blocked, the sensor outputs switch signal within milliseconds to cut off machine power immediately.
